Minimum Requirementsbr 1. A U.S. Bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in Liberal Arts or closely related field.br 2. Must have 2 years of experience as a general manager in a nonprofit organization promoting peace and human development with educational and charitable purposes.br 3. The 2 years of experience must includebr 1 Managing at least three international programs, each of which must engage at least three countries and the task of which must include program design, participants data management,br coordinating participants from multiple countries, managing conferences services, and logistics.br 2 Overseeing a budget of at least 1 million from beginning to end of each program.br 3 Fundraising experience raising necessary funds to support international programs with budgets that are no less than 500,000 and involving no less than 500 participants.
