Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or a related field plus five 5 years of progressive experience in the position offered, as a Vice President, Expert Business Analyst, Senior Technical Consultant, Senior Consultant, Business Solutions Specialist or a related position. In meeting the Bachelors Degree requirement, employer will accept a 3year foreign Bachelors Degree. Must have five 5 years of experience Working with executives, data owners, and data stewards to achieve data accuracy and process requirement goals for all internal and external customers and creating data management strategies; coordinating with customers and staff and providing support to all data activities including data mining and analysis; working in Property and Casualty Insurance Industry, or with clients in this Industry, with various tasks including Business Analysis, Project Management, Consumer and Commercial lines of business in Core Insurance Technology Software Products, Enterprise Solutions, Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Integration, Data Mgmt., Customer Experience in Multinational markets; conducting an evaluation of the Property Casualty Insurance systems and Risk Management systems architecture with an emphasis on the design; analyzing and identifying the solution gaps in the system throughout the enterprise system; and overseeing an application architecture team to deliver system solutions for Insurance and Risk Management system architecture.
