Must have two 2 years of experience in all of the following 1 Financing and accounting for construction projects; 2 Planning and managing leasing deals; 3 forecasting companys financial needs on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis. Experience herein is inclusive of experience listed in items H.10 and H.6. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
