The position requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.br br Experience andor education must includebr br 1. Thermal analysis and testing;br 2. Mechanical product design and material selection;br 3. Mechanical Design Software;br 4. Tolerance analysis of part assemblies and specification of dimensional tolerances for part fabrication;br 5. Parametric design, fabrication drawing, and iterative design improvement investigation;br 6. Fabrication and inspection of machining, finishing, welded and sheet metal parts;br 7. Experimental testing for the qualification of design parts and assemblies in worst case and user facing conditions;br 8. Design for Assembly DFA, Design for Manufacturing DFM and Failure Mode Effects Analysis FMEA;br 9. Creation of 2D drawings; andbr 10. Structural analysis using FEA 3D software package.
