Employer will accept Bachelors degree in technology, engineering or a related field and 7 years of progressive post bachelors experience as a job offered, or 7 years of progressive, postbachelors experience in a related occupation. Experience must also include the following 1 understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards. 2 Focus on business goals while ensuring development is completed on time. 3 Experienceindepth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes including ability to measure short and longterm business goals. 4 Ability to utilize adaptable communication skills to effectively translate between technical and business language. 5 Experience in educating project team members on business unit goals, objectives, and initiatives. 6 Ability to identify, propose and oversee the execution of business solutions as well as interpret documents communicating business needs and requirements. 7 Must possess the skill to assess the client needs through direct interaction and identify opportunities to develop the business through effective use of technology. 8 troubleshooting skills.
