Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Industrial Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Industrial Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field and 4 years of work experience.br br Must have 4 years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services companybr br Must have 3 years of experience working at or advising a property and casualty insurance carrier.br br Must have 4 years of experience managing and supervising a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing.br br Must have 4 years of experience working on system related activity software configuration, development, workflow design, process design, analysis, and quality assurance.br br Must have 1 year of experience working within the Guidewire Packaged Software Suite.br br Requires domestic and international travel up to 25, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
