This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and related project management experience in railway industry. Must also have demonstrated experience with each of the following Preparing bids and proposals for railway market customers; Managing supplies and negotiating purchase contracts; Writing purchasing specifications and performing audits on mechanical aspects of railway projects; Writing specifications for testing and homologation accordingly to railway technical norms for welding, painting, bonding, fatigue test, ageing tests, etc.; and Training manufacturing employees in practical processes according to railway technical norms in bonding and welding assemblies. Will accept experience gained concurrently. Candidates must pass a drug test. 15 domestic and international travel required to meet with customers and audit suppliers.
