Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising or closely related field will accept 2 years of experience in the offered position or in a search director or digital performance director position at a digital mediamarketing agency in lieu of Bachelors degree, plus an additional 4 years of experience in the offered position or as an SVP or General Manager at a digital mediamarketing agency. br br Two years of the required experience must have included leading and managing a distributed team of at least 30 marketing professionals; working directly with Fortune 500Global Fortune 500 companies in the motor vehicletransportation, banking and retail industries; leading and winning new business pitches worth over 15 million in annualized billings; owning and leading paid innovation engagements; owning and leading agency product partnerships with Google and Facebook; overseeing product adoption and development across multiple countries; leading product development and launches in the following media disciplineschannels paid search, organic search, content, social media, video, mobile, and programmatic; and creating and rolling out agencywide strategic planning and execution processes and frameworks.br br Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. is permitted.
