Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Three years of experience in the position offered or a position in a related occupation. Three years of experience must includebr 1 Working with Windows Server and its underlying technologies, including at least three of the following a Active Directory, b DNS, c IIS andor d MSSQL;br 2 Using Windows troubleshooting tools, including at least two of the following a WinDbg, b Windows Sysinternals, c Performance Monitor, d WPRWPA, andor e Resource Monitor;br 3 Applying Networking and network troubleshooting concepts, including at least one of the following a TCPIP, b DNS, andor c LANWAN;br 4 Utilizing at least one of the following Network troubleshooting tools a Telnet and Tracert, b tracertcp, c TestNetConnections, d iPerf, andor e NTTTCP;br 5 Working with at least one of the following Virtualization hypervisors a HyperV, b VMware, andor c Xen;br 6 Experience with at least one of the following storage technologies a SAN, b NAS, c iSCSI, d FC, andor e RAID;br 7 Supporting a VDI environment;br 8 Performingexperience with at least two of the following Windows support activitiesbr a SQL database systems administration;br b Utilizing Microsoft Clustering, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL AlwaysOn;br c Managing full application stacks from the Operating System through custom applications;br d Utilizing at least one of the following programmingscripting languages i PowerShell, ii Batch, andor iii VB.br In lieu of a Bachelors degree and three years of experience, as stated above, will accept three years of universitylevel studies and four years of experience.
