PHD degree in Chemistry, Biophysics or related field completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the followingbr Designing and executing experiments to quantitate molecular entities using LCMS in support of both drug discovery and early development programs; Utilizing biophysical, biochemical,br and cellbased analytical methods to interrogate molecular attributes, including ADME properties and drugtarget interactions; Running assays to assess interactions with or activity of drugbr metabolizing enzymes; Knowledge of small molecule drug metabolizing enzymes or transporters; Modeling and simulation such as a NONMEM, R, Simcyp, GastroPlus, or other modelingbr and simulation software; and Describing complex kinetics phenomenon as mathematical systems of differential equations to investigate and help answer key questions on the design andbr development of molecule therapeutics.
