Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and four years of experience. Must have four years of experience in the following skills experience in structural design for industrial or commercial projects; and proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including IBC and ASCE. Domestic travel may be required up to 25 of the time.
