Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering any, any STEM field, or a related field and four 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and six 6 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have four 4 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Leading business case analysis to understand opportunities for Supply Chain cost optimization; helping organizations deliver critical supply chain programs by enabling them to make better business decisions on cost, schedule, performance, and risk, utilizing planning solutions including BlueYonder Demand and Fulfilment, Kinaxis RapidResponse, O9 planning solution, Anaplan and Optessa;br Working with Supply Chain Operations Reference SCOR model and IndustryPrint process frameworks, to help clients minimize cost and optimize Return on Investment ROI from supply chain projects;br Managing development of multiple proposals and pricing strategies for new project opportunities and existing project extensions;br Managing engagement planning, budgeting and resource deployment utilizing agile planning methodologies including Monte Carlo Forecasting, Scrum Principles, Story Mapping and Epics, Sprint Development, Backlog Grooming, and leveraging software including Rally and Jira;br Overseeing engagement delivery and budget risks, and maintaining client relationships including day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;br Supervising and controlling the work of professional employees including reviewing their work products, managing recruitment and other personnel actions including performance reviews, promotion actions, leave authorization and termination decisions;br Performing role of counselor and coach; actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities; providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; andbr Managing vendor alliances with technology vendors including Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan; Leading development of quot;thoughtwarequot; and quot;pointofviewquot; documents, and participating in public speaking events and webinars.br 50 travel required nationally.br Telecommuting permitted.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
