Must have three years of experience withbr br Managing mergers, acquisitions, and carveouts, including Transition Services Agreements TSA and posttransaction activities in Life Sciences Health Care LSHC and Technology, Media Telecommunications TMT industries across the MA lifecycle, from predeal due diligence for Commercial, Operational, and IT, through integration, separation, and transformation execution;br Managing daytoday interactions and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients while effectively managing global teams to produce quality deliverables in an onshoreoffshore model;br Performing current state analysis, defining future and end state strategy, and creating business and technical procedures to position the critical aspects of people, process and technology to be addressed at each stage of the MA lifecycle, including predeal due diligence to postdeal implementation;br Leading MA workshop sessions with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements for integration and separation, analyzing requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs;br Providing subject matter expertise across critical components of IT in MA, including infrastructure, applications, IT operations, IT finances and expenses, Active Directory, enduser computing, messaging, enterprise architecture, and testing, and advising clients on synergy targets and implementation strategies;br Developing MA roadmaps and workplans for Day 1 projects and Post Day 1 projects, managing crossfunctional teams to coordinate activities between work streams, and reporting to senior executive client leadership on integration and separation readiness, using Microsoft MS Project and Tableau;br Managing, developing, and mentoring MA staff by performing role of counselor and coach, assessing engagement performance, and performing yearend reviews;br Managing proposal development process and sharing knowledge by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
