Employer requires Masters degree in biology or related field with coursework in Immunology and Immunooncology and two 2 years of work experience as a Biological Researcher. In addition, the employer requires the followingbr br 1. Solid understanding and the ability to independently execute the following immunological assays ELISpot, flow cytometry, multimer staining, FACS, cytokine analysis gained through two 2 years of work experience;br 2. Experience performing cell and molecular biologybased assays Primary cell culture, MACS isolation, RNA isolation, qPCR, etc. gained through one 1 year of work experience;br 3. Experience with automation, specifically liquid handling, for performance of highthroughput assays gained through one 1 year of work experience;br 4. Experience with handling PBMC and plasma clinical patient samples gained through one 1 year of work experience;br 5. Demonstrated experience with innovative assay development and ability to effectively troubleshoot and solve complex scientific problems gained through one 1 year of work experience;br 6. Demonstrated ability to apply cuttingedge developments in immune oncology to current projects;br 7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines gained through two 2 years of work experience; andbr 8. Demonstrated ability to effectively present relevant scientific results within the research group, to other research groups, and to a companywide audience gained through two 2 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
