CONT. FROM H 10B Lead the project team, subcontractors, owners consultants and representatives to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation.br Prepare and manage the contract items list for all components, materials, and systems to ensure that all ROJ dates are in compliance with the project schedule with the appropriate approval status.br Participate in schedule update meetings and provide the latest information for an informed and accurate schedule.br Evaluate and manage the processing of RFIs.br Collect change order pricing from the subcontractor, review the pricing and approval of the pricing before it was submitted to the owner.br Oversee activities of MEP engineers with the subcontractors and made sure that all the submittals and documents were submitted on time and the materials were delivered to site to meet ROJ dates.br Attend coordination meetings to provide valuable inputs to make sure that the specific requirements were followed during the development of the model.br Prepare scope of work documents for mechanical subcontractors.br Held daily meetings between the site team and the engineering team to review site constraints and resolve conflicts on site.br Lead the overall turnover process including startup, testing, commissioning and closeout.br Conduct site walks to make sure that installations complied with the specifications, drawings and submittals.br Conduct meetings to properly plan the activities on site.br br Employer will accept foreign equivalent to a US Bachelors degree with education evaluation. Beneficiary earned the equivalent of a US Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering on 04032013 from University of Calicut in India by education evaluation prepared by Silvergate Evaluations dated 02042019. Employer acknowledges and accepts this equivalency and confirms Beneficiary meets its education requirement. Beneficiary also meets employers experience requirement of 4 years after receiving the Bachelors degree on 04032013, with work experience at BK Gulf LLC as a EngineerMechanical from 01042013 to 06012017 for a total of 4 years 1 month 29 days. Employer acknowledges and confirms Beneficiary meets its experience requirement of 4 years after receiving the Bachelors degree.
