FROM H 10B performing the following job dutiesbr br Acting as liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, other job staff and owners representatives in resolving issues related to plans and specifications.br Managing the project budget.br Managing submittals and shop drawings. Assessing conformance to contract specifications. Resolving any conflicts in interpretation.br Negotiating change orders. Managing information on changes in the work; preparing an independent analysis, as required; obtaining and checking estimates for the changes from subcontractor; obtaining approval of the architect and owner; and resolving any conflicts.br Overseeing the closeout process. Preparing final records such as RFIs, closeout records, warranties, asbuilts, operation and maintenance manuals, attic stock, and spare parts, and evaluating information to insure compliance with contract documents.br Supervising Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns, including providing input on performance appraisals.br Preparing scope of work documents for trades.br Developing reports such as General Conditions Items, labor, safety, change order logs and quality control.br Scheduling and managing subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings.br br Employer will accept foreign equivalent to a US Bachelors degree with education evaluation. Beneficiary earned the equivalent of a US Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering on 04052013 from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India by education evaluation prepared by American Evaluation and Translation Service dated 03042016. Employer acknowledges and accepts this equivalency and confirms Beneficiary meets its education requirement. Beneficiary also has a US Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering received on 08012015 from The University of Kansas. Beneficiary also meets and exceeds employers experience requirement of 5 years after receiving the Bachelors degree on 04052013, with work experience at Turner Construction full time, 40 hours per week first as a Field Engineer from 08032015 to 11212016 1 year 3 months 19 days; then as a Asst. Engineer from 11212016 to 04082018 1 year 4 months 18 days; then as a Engineer from 04082018 to 05012021 3 years 24 days; and now as a Project Engineer from 05012021 to Present 1 year 7 months 22 days for a total of 7 years 4 months 21 days. These positions are not samesimilar and are materially different from the job offered. Employer acknowledges and confirms Beneficiary meets and exceeds its experience requirement of 5 years after receiving the Bachelors degree.
