Requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Computer Science or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires with Bachelors four 4 years or with Masters two 2 years statistical programming experience to include with a Bachelors 4 years or with a Masters 2 years SAS and SDTM programming; creation of SDTMCDISC domains, Pinnacle 21, programming for the clinical drug development process; computing applications including Base SAS and SAS Macro language; Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and utilizing PowerPoint to present large data sets to clients; project management to include managing client expectations, milestone delivery, project budgets, teams and project stakeholders; mentoring or training employees with varied levels of experience; providing experienced technical expertise to develop process methodology to meet internal and external clients needs; planning and coordinating the development of integrated programming solutions serving the full spectrum of statistical programming needs; providing technical expertise and leadership; providing internal consulting services, including specifications and user needs analysis for complex project or client requirements.
