Aforementioned 3 years of experience must include use of the following skillsbr br Hotel construction, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint and construction management software; Coordinating with subcontractors on bids and execution and hiring the appropriate subcontractors for each trade; Coordinating with suppliers and signing up with competitive suppliers and managing credit accounts with experience, pricing and references; Working with Cityauthorities on permits, licenses and inspections; Coordinating with Higher authority, Owners and Brand owners for supply of FFE and scheduling installation crewscontractors; Managing payment processing during the construction and monitoring the progress to match the forecast of schedule of completing the project in a timely manner.br br Position may require travel.
