EducationalExperiential requirements Bachelors degree in business administration or related field and 3 years of experience in fundraising. Skill requirements Must have gained proficiency in proactive strategic research to extract and collate relevant data insights from multiple external data sources. Must have gained proficiency in interpreting, analyzing and summarizing and visually presenting data to utilize in decisionmaking and strategic planning and insights discussions with the Board of Directors and Donors. Must have gained knowledge in analyzing, formulating, and implementing strategy at a management level which can assist in determining the longterm viability, success, and direction of an organization. Must have gained financial knowledge to make informed financial decisions underpinned by data and analysis, creating budgets, revenue forecasts and evaluating the financial feasibility of development strategies and opportunities that affect the organizations bottom line. Must have proficiency in CRM Customer Relationship Management administration, including prospect and constituent management, data quality, developing reports in Salesforce or equivalent software system. Other requirements The position requires limited domestic and international travel. Telecommuting option available. Must reside within commuting distance of the New York metro area.
