Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, a Logistical Managerial role, or a closely related field. Must also possess experience with i Financial modeling, using Excel to build revenue and cost models for a techenabled onlinetooffline platform business where workforce is distributed across geographies; ii Business planning and headcount forecasting, building Excel models to plan out each geographical business units expected revenues and bottom line costs, and determining the right level of headcount staffing in each unit; iii Financial statement analysis, to evaluate business units monthly profit and loss performance and identify areas to improve financially; iv Data analysis using SQL and Excel modelling to analyze operational and financial data, drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies, and build dashboards for leadership; and v project management using Salesforce and Asana to lead projects across a distributed workforce internationally.
