Qualifying experience must include at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity responsible for design of classroom AVIT technologies, evaluating and selecting collaboration equipment and technologies, development and delivery of AVIT solutions in a distributed university teaching and learning environment, developing AVIT governance processes, project management, customerfocused service design, and use of ServiceNow or an equivalent customer issue tracking and ticketing system. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical topics to nontechnical audiences and to provide both detailed information as well as summaries to managementlevel individuals and groups.br br Incidental domestic travel of less than 10 per year may be required to attend educational technology conferences and meetings.
