Minimum requirement Juris Doctor or foreign equivalent degree in Law. Licensed to practice law in Washington State. Two years of legal practice experience in Advising individual and business debtors and creditors regarding the Bankruptcy Code and liquidating assets; Working with trustee to recover assets; Drafting Ch. 13 repayment plans and Ch. 7 13 petitions; Drafting and reviewing leases, real property documents such as warranty deed, quitclaim, deed of trust, promissory notes, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and amendments; Setting up entities, drafting operating agreements, bylaws, articles of incorporation; Providing closing services for purchase and sale of business and restructuring agreements; unlawful detainer actions; and Civil litigation from start to finish, including pretrail negotiations, discovery, motion practice, trials, appeals, and arbitration in both federal and state court.
