Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills 1. using Linux System Administration, Python, or Shell scripting; 2. experience with data gathering and triaging hardware problems; 3. working with at least one of the following engineering disciplines Power, Thermal, Mechanical, SAS, SATA, SSD, NVME, DDR, MMC, PCIe, CPU, GPU, RAS, or BIOS; and 4. leading customer investigations or managing escalations through multiple teams. Up to 10 domestic andor international travel may be required.
