The position indicated at Section H.3 requires an MBA or a Masters degree in Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in marketing B2B or B2C products. Experience also must include At least two years of experience using analytical tools and interpreting data to identify target audience segments; At least two years of experience presenting strategic recommendations to Clevel leadership including CEO; At least two years of experience leading marketing in regions outside the United States; At least two years of experience leading the demand generation marketing function for a country at a multinational technology company, including holding responsibility for all new leads in that country; Developing marketing strategies that convert target customers; and Quantitative and qualitative market research and strategic analysis.
