Candidate must also have one 1 year of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Performing UX and UI design and design processes, including ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing utilizing Agile in crossfunctional environments from inception through implementation;br Utilizing storytelling, design thinking and humancentered design to drive innovation and usercentric ideation projects, leveraging data analytics and qualitative and quantitative research to highlight stakeholder perspectives and areas for improvement;br Creating and managing design systems, utilizing Sketch and InVision Design System Manager, to standardize technical specifications across different pages and channels within a product to unify designs;br Gathering, analyzing and translating functional and technical client requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, utilizing Mural, Sketch and InVision, to understand user flow and user pain points;br Applying design principles, methods, techniques, and accessibility best practices to build aesthetically pleasing and functional products, following Branding, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Grids and Color theories; andbr Assisting with creating cover artwork, illustrations, photo manipulation and editing brandrelated collateral for events, web assets, and posters, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator; andbr Performing and implementing frontend user interface for applications, utilizing QA validation processes, HTML and CSS, to diagnose and document design implementation defects in Azure DevOps.
