Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.br br Must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Performing business system analysis involving in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, converting business and user requirements into functional specs, testing, and product implementation;br Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and daytoday delivery of projects;br Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including leading Agile and Scrum teams;br Utilizing IT policy administration systems, including customerfacing frontend systems; andbr Working in overall insurance business value chain and business processes.br br Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80 of the time to meet client needs.
