Must also have 3 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Participating in mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, investment and financing structures, disposition alternatives, and posttransaction activities utilizing DealRoom, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel;br Participating in and developing contact with key client decision makers;br Assisting clients in developing Financial, Forecasting, Synergy Assessment, and Benefit Realization models, allowing clients to evaluate business outcomes and plan for various scenarios as appropriate for the MA deal;br Conducting business plan reviews, operational due diligence, resource assessments, and MA implementation planning, using revenue cycle assessments, operational blueprinting methodology, and operational due diligence playbook;br Conducting industry research, market research, client surveys, and project deliverable analysis to evaluate cost and value drivers for cost of goods sold COGS;br Coordinating the project responsibilities of crossfunctional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project Plans and Smartsheets; andbr Working across all phases of the MA lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of MA solutions for enterpriselevel clients in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
