Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field and three 3 years of experience in the position offered or as a Software Engineer or related. In the alternative, employer will also accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or closelyrelated field of study and five 5 years of experience in the position offered or as a Software Engineer or related. Demonstrated experience must include Algorithms and data structures; Objectoriented design principles; Programming websites, web application programming interfaces, or mobile applications in Typescript, JavaScript, Scala, or Swift; Writing automated regression tests with ReactTestingLibrary, Chai, or Scala Test; Building microservices in Scala; Debugging live production systems; Database knowledge SQL, ORM, NoSQL or SQLite; Database management systems including Postgres or MySQL; Data modeling and full stack application development; and Supervising and assigning project tasks to junior software engineers.
