Must possess Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Finance, Economics or a related field.br Must have three 3 years of experience as an AnalystSr. Analyst working in financial investing. Experience must include three 3 years of experience with Capital IQ and two 2 years of experience with LBO financial modeling; financial statement analysis; market research; precedent transactions valuation; public comparable companies valuation, and discounted flow valuation sometimes referred to as Discounted Cash Flow or quot;DCFquot;. Must also have private equity experience within the industrial services industry and chemicals or materials industries.
