Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Design or Manufacturing Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires ten 10 years customer business management or RD function with direct customer interface experience; seven 7 years working directly with OEM customers like Ford, Audi, VW, Porsche, or Daimler on the engineering or commercial side; five 5 years with business processes in automotive industry; four 4 years quality related topics like field complaints, 0 mile complaints and external TUEV audits IATF 16949, POMS, DocLib, and CAT; working with cross functional teams; three 3 years with customized systems for tire performance tracking, testing and certification such as GUTS, Core, or CAT; two 2 years OE customer and legal portals like BEON, Covisint or IMDS; and tire manufacturing experience including understanding details of the whole tire manufacturing process chain. Requires 20 national and 5 international travel to attend customer business meetings and internal Continental alignment meetings.
