Must have a Masters Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, plus two years of IT experience. The two years of IT experience must include experience with complete project initiation, planning, execution, management and tracking; delivery governance; healthcare domain consulting; business development, account management, customer relationship management; preparing and reviewing Statements of Work SOWs; and business case creation and the preparation of responses to Requests for Information RFIs and Request for Proposals RFPs. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, plus five years of progressive postbachelors IT experience. Two of the five years of progressive postbachelors degree IT experience must include experience with complete project initiation, planning, execution, management and tracking; delivery governance; healthcare domain consulting; business development, account management, customer relationship management; preparing and reviewing Statements of Work SOWs; and business case creation and the preparation of responses to Requests for Information RFIs and Request for Proposals RFPs. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required, to be reimbursed by employer.
