Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Effects or related discipline, and five years of progressive experience as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, visual designer or related role. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Effects, or related discipline, and two years of experience as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, visual designer or related role.br br Experience with each of the following requiredbr br 1. Two years of experience using video editing tools and design software within Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere Pro, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and Photoshop to develop video, motion graphics, andor animation.br 2. Two years of experience proposing design concepts with rough sketches, storyboards, or moodboardsbr 3. Two years of experience developing eLearning experiences with industry standard eLearning authoring tools HTML, Java, or CSS.br 4. Two years of experience collaborating with producers, video editors, and other designers to ensure the production of highquality animations.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
