Familiarity with Delaware, New York, California and U.S. Federal legal issues relating to private fund formation and ongoing operations; Advising on U.S. securities law issues relevant to private fund formation and operations, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Advisers Act, and the Investment Company Act; Advising on basic principles of finance and accounting; Experience advising on the key United States regulatory issues faced by investment advisers and the funds that they manage.
