The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level position, because a Senior RD Scientist is a critical advanced Senior level position within our structure. The work involves such critical activities as the following developing cleaner formulas in the consumer market space; conducting patent, scientific literature, and technical analyses; identifying potential patent opportunities; leading a team; and developing reports and documents detailing project processes, results, and conclusions. This level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear reasonable relationship to the occupation of Senior RD Scientist in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
