Cont. from H.11 coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection MEPFP, lighting, landscape, code, parking, kitchen, zoning, signage, acoustic, security, curtain wall, special systems, vertical transportation, and structural consultants to incorporate engineering systems into unified design; coordinate with local architects, consultants, and contractors, respond to requests for information RFIs, review and respond to contractor change orders, and perform necessary modifications of drawings and specifications as construction projects progress and changes in dimensions, materials, and other aspects of design arise; coordinate with clients for equipment planning; translate computer models into physical models using laser cutter and 3D printer and prepare data for architectural model shop equipment; attend onsite visits and client meetings to verify design requirements and deliver design progress reviews; manage project data and transmission and all electronic communications using Newforma or other approved software; conduct site visits and progress meetings, prepare field observation reports, final inspections, project closeout, including punch lists, and record drawings; review and prepare certificates of substantial completion, occupancy, and final completion; conduct postoccupancy evaluation and review of clients use of space.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus coursework, internships, or experience to include preparing feasibility studies and programmingstrategic planning, conceptual design, and SDDDCD phases of international and domestic large scale multistory mixed use, entertainment, institutional, education, and largescale commercial projects, including new construction, interiors, streetscapes, and site planning; gathering information on past projects for concept development, 3D digital modeling, along with presentations and proposal design using Microsoft Office Suite and Prezi; performing complex analysis tasks on projects and problem solving on projects, including workplace observation surveys, functional relationship analysis, highest and best use studies, supply and demand, utilization analysis, cross over analysis, stacking blocking, cost estimates and project schedules, site and zoning analysis, organizational analysis, space type analysis, density analysis, efficiency ratios, strategic master planning and facility benchmarks; using advanced task automation techniques scripting with RhinoScript and MaxScript to analyze 3D data to incorporate generative solutions into architectural design process; providing research, planning, and design solutions, construction procedures, ADA, Fair Housing Act, domestic and international zoning and building code and material compliance; collecting data and writing reports to incorporate research and data into architectural design; participating in all phases of urban infill development projects, including urban design, mixed use regeneration, urban revitalization, urban planning, streetscapes, land use and transportation, and open space planning projects; participating in project team discussions and public meetings to provide recommendations when revisions from government agencies, planning officials, clients and other stakeholder groups are necessary; utilizing independent thinking and BIM programs, including Revit, AutoCAD, VRay, SketchUp, Maya, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Lumion, New Forma and freehand sketching to develop design concepts and refine them into design for RFPs, client meetings, competitions, space planning and programming; making compelling presentations for client leaders, Csuite and local conferences; translating clients functional and spatial requirements to create masterplans, understanding state guidelines, zoning and budget needs while coordinating with Urban design, Health Sciences and other disciplines; Cont. in K.
