4 years of experience as an Associate Applications Developer, Senior Test Engineer, Data Analyst III, or related occupation. Experience with project management, including experience running multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines and dealing with ambiguity, prioritization, time pressures and adhering to project deadlines; Experience working with ERPHRIS systems such as Workday and Taleo; Experience working with structured and semistructured data; Experience synthesizing quantitative analysis and effectively communicating findings; Experience applying advanced technical skills in Tableau and Excel; Experience with VBA macros; and Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite.
