Must have two 2 years of experience in an engineering position in the climate systems industry. The two 2 years of experience must include experience investigating and identifying remedies for a variety of quality control issues for climate systems; conceptualizing, developing, installing, and launching new production lines for HVAC products; investigating and deciphering engineering mechanism to optimize HVAC fan balance; and improving product quality and optimization process.
