Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following 1 Wireless device field testing as per established carrier test plans for Voice Quality, Call, Data, and Video Performance; 2 Debugging device and networkrelated issues and tool issues onsite; 3 Using a diagnostic tool to capture device side logs for chipsets to investigate fieldrelated issues including functional and mobility scenarios; 4 Performing feature testing, mobility testing, and stationary testing on LTE, UMTS, and 5G technology; 5 Performing functional and feature testing including Voice Quality, Call Performance, and Data Performance on Android or iOS devices as per established test plans; 6 Capturing and analyzing modem, audio quality, and voice call performance logs using diagnostic tools; 7 Working with LTELTEA5G protocols at the L2L3 layer signalingcall flow in a development environment, including UE testing; 8 Providing technical support to customers in relation to wireless protocolsignaling analysis for radio access technologies, including 5G and LTE applications.br Position requires 25 travel, fully reimbursed by employer.br Occasional telecommuting permitted.
