Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, systems engineering, or related, and 6 months of experience as Maintenance SupervisorEngineer, Trainee, or related. Experience must include Control of production lines using cold chain management and calculating shrink. Forming, processing, and control of productions times to ensure shrink and temperature are maintained. Maintain and repair processing equipment and electrical motor starters. Thermodynamics and heat transfer applied to animal protein, processing facilities, and equipment. Cold chain management, determine airflow, and calculate inches of water column. Maintain refrigerated air makeup units, evaporative and condensing units, ammonia compressors, and refrigerated systems. Programming service of plc, electrical troubleshooting in 480volts on MCCs, processing equipment, buildings and electrical service stations.
