Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, plus at least three 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a position involving software development and design of Compensation Solutions. Employer will accept a foreign degree.br br Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill or proficiency with the followingbr br 1. Experience building, testing and implementing Compensation Management and Sales Performance Management systems solutions for Enterprise Class customers.br br 2. Experience building solutions with utilizing at least three of the following Azure infrastructure services, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS, SQL Server Information Services SSIS, Azure Development Operations ADO, SQL Server Management Studio, Scripting Java and PowerShell, Azure Data Factory or C#.br br 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing beqoms Compensation systems solutions or any other alternate Compensation systems solutions for customers.br br 4. Experience building, enhancing, andor maintaining core product code and architecture.br br 5. Experience building and testing applications in Enterpriseclass organizations.br br Approximately 20 domestic travel required to meet with partners and customers and 5 international travel to work with core Product Development team.
