Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 7 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of 7 years of experience with software production support, including improving Production Stability and Availability; 5 years of experience leading maintenance for custom software applications and performing root cause analysis and problem management; 5 years of experience with coding and debugging software applications; 5 years of experience working closely with product owner, business users, and other IT teams to elicit requirements; 5 years of experience performing code and unit testing; 5 years of experience with ticket workflows, use of escalation, and maintaining and reviewing business SLAs; 5 years of experience with incident management, including ensuring consistent communications and complying with ITSM Processes and Procedures; 5 years of experience with managing Annual BCPDR planning and execution and capacity planning; 5 years of experience with maximizing resources flexibility, cross training, and improving process consistency; and 5 years of experience with Java, .NET, Perl scripting, Oracle PLSQL, SQL, and UnixLinux commands and scripting.
