H.4B Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field. Any suitable combination of exp. of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br Requires skills and experience with the following Strong understanding of financial statements; advanced mathstatistical analysis and problem solving skills and the ability to turn financial and qualitative data into information produce reports and visuals that tell a story and improve; the perspective and visibility of risks to risk owners; Strong Excel skills; Working knowledge of insurance, claims management and loss prevention; Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and application skills regarding process excellence, business analysis, reengineering, and process modeling; Working knowledge of database software; and Must demonstrate knowledge of safety, loss control and risk management principles.
