Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Engineering or related discipline and 2 years of operations or data analysis experience. In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of operations or data analysis experience in lieu of a bachelors degree, and 2 years of operations or data analysis experience.br br Must have 2 years of experience in the following skillsbr br 1. Experience with SQL, ETL, or Oracle;br 2. Processing large, multidimensional datasets from multiple sources;br 3. Experience with performance metrics and process improvement initiatives;br 4. Performing statistical analysis; andbr 5. Developing automated reporting.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
