Experience must includebr br 1 4 years of experience with financial and business forecasting and analysis using statistical, data mining andor Business Intelligence tools equivalent to SAS, Oracle SQL, IBM COGNOS BI or Essbase.br 2 4 years of experience with advanced excel spreadsheet modeling linear optimization using tools, excel solver, automationVBA, or related advanced spreadsheet techniques to aid managerial decision making.br 3 4 years of experience managing finance driven projects including project design, budgeting, and implementation.br 4 4 years of experience reporting and presenting business analysis and recommendations to senior management.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
