The position requires a PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Experience andor education must includebr br 1. RF, analog, and mixedsignal design fundamentals;br 2. Solid state physics, MOSFET, or BJT characteristics;br 3. Design understanding of analog building blocks such as bandgaps, bias, opamps, switchedcap circuits, lowdropout regulators LDOs, low power oscillators, phaselocked loop PLLs, and level shifters;br 4. Precision analog design, feedback and compensation techniques in presence of device noise and mismatch;br 5. Digital circuits such as inverters and digital gates;br 6. Generate test plans and implement in various software such as CCSharp or Python;br 7. Cadence, Spectre, Ansys or HFSS;br 8. Scripting skills in C, Matlab, VerilogA, or Python to create designstimulus models;br 9. Handson experience in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, or signal generators to validate analog designs.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
