Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting Latin American merger and acquisition transactions within the power utilities, transportation, and infrastructure sectors; supporting mergers and acquisitions and debt product transactions; liaising with executives of Latin American companies in power utilities, transportation, and infrastructure sectors. In the alternative the employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the abovelisted fields and three 3 years of experience in the abovelisted fields. FINRA Series 63 and 79 certifications required. 10 travel required. Fluency in Spanish required. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
