A Ph.D. degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related discipline and 1 year of experience in economic modeling. In the alternative, a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field and 3 years of experience in economic modeling.br br Experience must includebr 1 1 year of experience in private consulting, government or academicbr research;br 2 1 year of experience in use of program evaluation methods,br forecasting, time series, panel data;br 3 1 year of experience in use of R, Stata, or Python;br 4 1 year of experience in use of SQLbr br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
