Masters degree in Financial Economics, Accounting, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the position offered or a senior vice president, vice president, or senior directorlevel finance position in a streaming media company.br br All required experience must have included planning, directing and coordinating all financeaccounting operational functions; managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results; coordinating activities of external auditors; providing management with information vital to the decisionmaking process; managing the budget process; assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes; evaluating accounting and internal control systems; evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed; developing and monitoring business performance metrics; overseeing regulatory filings, including regulatory reporting requirements and compliance; and hiring, training and retaining skilled financeaccounting staff.br br Must have Certified Public Accountant certificate or foreign equivalent.br br Approximately 4045 international travel required.br br Alien became Certified Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario, Canada as of April 1, 2014.
