Must possess a license to practice law in New York. Must be fluent in Mandarin and possess demonstrable experience or knowledge of U.S.China cross border transactions; performing IPO and SPAC work for both issuers and underwriters including drafting registration statements, and conducting general 1934 Act filings with the SEC and filings with the FINRA; and with advising clients on new business formation and entity choice.
