Experience must includebr br 1. SaaS, Networking, Internet concepts, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVRVRU, Web Services, and Call Center practices.br 2. Technical call center expertise, client development, and configuration.br 3. Software development.br br br Travel to various unanticipated locations in the U.S. is required.
